1.Go To Combat Arms Folder

Then You'll See Combat Arms Folder Click It.
2.Now Go To Profile (Folder)
3.No Go To Player (NotePad)
4.Scroll Down Until You Find You Find HeadBob And Weapon Sway
5.Change Both Of Them To 0
6.Now Go To File And Save
7.Log On Combat Arms And You'll Notice That Theres 70% Less Recoil.

NOTE! If You Reinstall Combat Arms You'll Have To Do This All Over Again.
