Ok After You Download All Of These There Are Pretty Simple Steps
Instructions:
1.Install Both Files Given From C.S.S Torrent
2.After You Install There Should Be A Counter-Strike Source ShortCut On Your Desktop
3.Click It And Play

NOTE!:If You Have Slow Internet Then The Torrent Will Probably Take A Long Time And The Counter Strike Source Game Will Be Laggy

1.Download This Using Bittorent/Utorrent.Dont Worry Takes 2min-1min

2.You Will Be Given A File Called MasterServers.vdf

3.Copy this file to The C.S.S Folder Given When Installed In.Then Go To Platform/config and the copy this file to [css-install-directory]\platform\config\. There Should Be Another MasterServers.vdf file. Replace the one from put Replace MasterServers.vdf With The Other MasterServers.vdf

4. Now Right Click MasterServers.vdf Then Go To Properties Then Go To Attributes And Click The Box Read-Only

5. Now Log On C.S.S And The Error Shouldnt Be There Anymore!
